Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us at viraaalhub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send the item back.
Change of mind
You can return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, skincare and beauty items that have been opened or unsealed (for example pimple patches) can only be returned if they are damaged or defective.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number.
How refunds work
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
