Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sale periods, public holidays or customs checks. Your order may arrive in more than one package if it contains several items.

Customs and import duties
All customs duties and import taxes are included in our prices. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track your order page.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email us at viraaalhub@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before dispatch.
